The Behemoth (referred to as The Impossibly Tall Creature) is a large interdimensional six-legged arthropod-like creature from both movie and novel, The Mist. Its entire body is covered in tentacles and has long legs.

When David Drayton, his son Billy and the other escapees are driving in the car, along the way the Behemoth passes by unaware of their presence. They watch as the creature walks by them before it disappears into the background across from the highway.
