Story[]
On November 13, 2015, thousands of people witnessed a UFO hovering above the city of Iquique, Chile. According to reports sent in by those who had witnessed it, the UFO was blue and made no sound. An alleged eyewitness known only as Sebastian said "I looked up and saw this weird object in the sky. It was blue and moved slowly and silently."[1]
