These creatures are one of the many slaves that appeared in an American Dad episode, Lost in Space.

They appear to have heads similar to a shrimp, with black eyes, and a trunk. Their bodies have a slim appearance with no legs. They appear in the beginning of the episode, when they were performing in Slave City, while Foster tours Jeff Fisher around the slums.
